I think every designer should have to work on a CSR or equivalent large corporate book. I learned so much about creating a cohesive system, from type styles to color hierarchy to chart design. Hess had a beautiful existing brand identity, so my job here was to translate it into printed pieces. Every job at Hess went through many iterations and many legal reviews, but the final results were always on-brand, well-designed, and most importantly, easy to understand.
